I'm not denying your info is correct — I just don't have enough facts — but if Leon immigrated in his teens he is one helluva linguist. I've never heard any hint of either a Turkish or Greek accent in his speech. I do know someone who claims he went to school in Toronto with Leon and that he's really an Armenian Jew, but I'm still holding out for more info there before I take it as gospel.

And if I ever confirm it, I'd never tell. To have carried on the "mystery man" thing for that long is just too delicious to spoil.
