These threads always contribute a lot of heat and not very much light. As long as this is an open forum we will continue to attract contributors regarded by most as undesirable. There are at least two people to whom I no longer respond and one that I totally ignore, it took a long time and a bit of biting my tongue but I'm getting there, you should all try it.
