Thought that would get your attention!

I'm in need of more recipes for muffins for the Mudcat Just Desserts cookbook. It's reaching its final stages but I have only 1 muffin recipe.

Does anyone have their favourite they wouldn't mind sharing? The one I have is for applesauce spice bran muffins, and there's a chocolate one in preparation (I haven't invented it all yet) so I'd appreciate some more!
