Multi-Seed Muffins:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablesppon sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking pwder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
1 cup milk
stir in:
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (shelled)
1/2 cup pepitos (shelled squash seeds)
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1 tablespoon sesame seed
