I can see that a mobile has its uses, but I am against people using them while driving.

Another serious problem I see is that people are leaving children home alone when the children are too young, using the excuse that Mother can easily be called on her phone. Not a good idea!

Not a serious problem, but this is typical of another trend: young woman is trying to shop. She has a toddler who keeps trying to run off and a baby in a stroller. Cell phone rings - it's her husband, wanting this, that and the other from her. Isn't she doing enough already? If I were her, I would ditch the thing.
