Martin Gibson has no way of knowing what scope I have on the problem, nor does he know the people I know. The son of a good friend (Jewish) lived in Tel Aviv for some years, and I've talked to him a lot on occasions when he returned to visited his mother here in Seattle (by the way, he's living in London, now, and likes it very much). And he is only one of many people of the Jewish faith I know and have had occasion to discuss things with.   Nor does Martin have any idea of any discrimination that I may have been subjected to.

Martin is quick to make pronouncements regarding people he does not know and about whom he knows nothing.

That's called "prejudice."
