we turned up to play in a park... huge crowd of kids ..... they were waiting to see Santa - who was "on" before us... so as soon as they got their pressies 90% of the audience left... we had told them our PA requirements..... but they had 2 mics but only one stand & no instrument inputs....
I played whistle & sang into the mic on the stand... the other mic was stuck down the back of my jeans and the guitarist was stood very close behind me playing into the "jeans mic".......... it gave what was left of the audience a good laugh!!... & at least we got paid
