PS, it was also at the Old Home Days flop that I lost my voice halfway through-- not a help for the songleader at a singalong. When I tossed the lead vocal to ny hubby, his mic chose that moment to die like the dog it was. The NEXT year we had new mics AND a third lead singer, and that helped a lot! I only had to sing the pretty ones.
