This may not be what you're talking about, but I absolutely HATE that KISS shorthand saying for "Keep It Simple Stupid."

This ranks on my two snaps down "Hated It" list right along with the too nicey nicey description of people as "happy campers" and the overused saying "It takes a whole village to raise a child".

All of these sayings are stupid if you ask me.
