The above mnemonics came from an tattered old music book I found in a small town library many years ago. The line drawings of Bead (an anthropomorphic figure) and the Fat Cats are still seared in my memory (mnememory?). The above sharps and flats helps one remember the Circle of Fifths.
Now, if I can learn a mnemonic to remember how to spell mnemonic.
