Say what you will about Clinton, and there are things he did as president that no american should be proud of, (personally speaking... Bosnia, for one) but he was a good money manager. Eight years under his administration, and the U.S. economy hummed along at a steady and stable rate, unemployment stabilized, and the deficit was reduced.
