Don't presume, "UK etc" to speak for "We Brits" (such an unpleasant term, and really quite racist), particularly if you lack the balls to use your real name.

"Ned" was more to the point then "need", I thought. Ali G etc. is long played-out (I had quite forgotten about him), but I suppose that there are always people who will cling to personal favourite comedians well past their sell-by date. Just don't assume that the rest of us will remember who they were, or care.
