Reminds me of the introduction of decimal coinage here in the UK.

One elderly lady got totally confused at our village shop. and I worked out the LSD price for comparison.

She said "It ain't that I've anything against the new coins, but it would have made more sense if they'd waited till us old uns died before bringing it in".
