Perhaps the sound of classical Pianist performing in a large hall with a bit of echo? Who knows what the person meant? Concerts vary enormously from the genre of Music to the site of the performance. It could also mean: the eardrum blasting screaming & drinking/doping so much you can't really hear, nor are you aware enough to care kind of "concert sound."
