Bill, I don't know about Opera. Never had it. But I'm not having any trouble with scrolling text. I can see it in Maxthon and IE. It's blinking text I can't see on these browsers.

I had Firefox for a while but didn't like the feel or the look of it much. However blinking text did show up on it. Maxthon suits me the best. It's a lot like IE, but you get the tabs like you do with Firefox.
