Don't you get the impression, Doug, that enemy combatant status requires one review, but that subsequent tribunals (or maybe court martials) are anticipated for further determinations, and that these would presumably invlove "crimes" of some sort. I can't see any other reason for them, if "enemy combatant" status alone is sufficient for indefinite detention.
