It seems simple to me. Give them a trial in a timely manner { which we've failed to do } or let them go. We don't KNOW for a fact that any of them have done anything wrong. Of course there is a darn good chance they have. I'm not saying that all of them are innocent. But whoever they are they have a right to a fair and speedy trial. So lets get on with it.

Doug - If you subscribe to the idea of "Kill 'em all and let God sort them out" then you may want to rethink your ideas about having them transfered to American prisons. I can't help but think that if they were transfered to the "general population" of a place like the Huntsville pen in Texas that they wouldn't last 48 hours. I don't think our politicians { from either side of the aisle } are dumb enough to try that.
