Wesley: have you been reading the posts to this thread? You want to try the detainees at Gitmo. Try them for what?

Hubby: You are right. The Democrats had ample opportunity to deal with the terrorist problems many times and failed to step up to the plate.

John P: your idea of torture, and my idea of torture probably is not the same. My idea of torture is causing bodily harm to the person being questioned. I have heard of no such torture at Gitmo. If playing loud music, and causing sleep deprivation is your idea of torture, we will never agree on anything probably. I do oppose torture if it causes bodily harm. Examples: ripping fingernails from the fingers, flogging, hanging by the thumbs from the ceiling, electric wires placed on the genitals, etc. etc.
