I need a bit of information if anyone has it. My daughter is in Paris for the next 8 weeks attending Culinary School. Yesterday we received a phone call from her bank here in the states that someone has tried to transfer $3000 from her account and after much discussion, the bank has told her that the only safe thing for her would be to close her account and transfer the $ to a new account but she needs to be present here in the states to open the new account. The long and short of this is that although the bank successfully has protected her $ by its diligance, she is sort of stuck in France without ready access to any money since she has only one account that she has been drawing on with her ATM as needed. Can anyone suggest the simplist way of me wiring her money to get her by until she gets home? Is PAYPAL the best option? If so, can anyone give me simple instructions on how to do this? I have a paypal account but have only used it for Ebay purchases. ANy help will be appreciated   Jimmyt
