It was wrong before Bush proposed it, DougR. Now that he's proposed it, that doesn't make it any more right.
Carol C: if you were right, Bush would be pushing for more fossil fuel. After all, his friends are all oil men, right? I don't recall reading or hearing that he has a lot of "Nuke" buddies.
