I just might know what you're talking about. But it was from way back. Saw a posting touting a folk concert CD they said wasn't in mono or stereo but concert sound.

I had a battered old LP of it in stereo, and jumped at the chance to get a CD remaster, especially with what proposed to be some extra sound enhancements.

In fact, it was the worst sort of a dub from an LP with pops, clicks and surface noise. Not only that, this CONCERT SOUND proved to be plain old mono.
