Subject: Lyr Add: Lorcan Otway, new project... Amy Gray
Well some of you were waiting for the CD from the new project, built around the excellent singing and wild tallents of Amanda Gareis... well... wait no longer! That project is dead.

SO, it is back to pick up bands and working on a new CD... new songs... fewer hopes, darker darks... but wishing for light someday... here is one of the songs for the new CD.
I have been playing with some wonderful people, and hope a new band is going to emerge someday... but, new bands in New York... well it is almost a joke with the folk venues closing faster than republicans spinning lies....

Goody bye Amy Gray
So you're off now, good luck, I wish you the best
as you leave new ruins behind.
It wont be the first time, I hope its the last
I hope you do better this time.
Each new life you try, in the stories you tell
you've left broken hearts all the way
so good bye to you now Amy
bye to you now Amy,
Good bye to you now, Amy Gray.

You've shown me the notes from others you've hurt
They still care and you often ask why
I get the impression when your done with a friend
you expect them to crawl off and die.
So now you can tell new friends stories of me
and all will be believe all you say
so good bye to you now Amy
bye to you now Amy,
Good bye to you now, Amy Gray.

You hide behind boundaries you never extend
to respect others in kind
you never cared much for the boundaries to those
broken hearts that you've left behind
When faced with honesty you run and hide
and in fury push true hearts away
so good bye to you now Amy
bye to you now Amy,
Good bye to you now, Amy Gray.

I never expected a thing from you child
for all you accepted from me
While each promise in anger you've broken
Wee girl, with never an apology
So now as I gather up all that you broke
there is only one last thing to say
good bye to you now Amy
bye to you now Amy,
Good bye to you now, Amy Gray.
