Best guess: some psychopath had an argument with a spouse, and is collecting info to argue "there are lots of people worse than me."

Option based on the "depth of questions:" some high school kid is collecting survey results for a science fair project.

It ain't the MMPI, and even it requires a lot more "reading" than is evident here.
