No, I didn't know if there were two or not either!
I couldn't get into the tabs just at the minute, as I'm soon going to bed soon - it's 08.00, and I've been up all night, again. But.
It' can be as simple as two basic chords, added with a third and forth which are only played once in each part.Basically, It starts off in an E minor\ D combination, one change to each bar (sort of), until the last two bars where there is added a C (C6th sounds better), B minor and back to E minor again.
Please understand that I am just going through a rough visualisation of the chords, while humming the tune in my head, but it shouldn't be too far wrong.
Hope it helps,
B.
