if you folks weren't all so durn clever and interesting and divergent and thoughtful and interested in the same odd things I am...I wouldn't bother.

Haven't had a desk job in years and years, but the 'Cat is a serious detriment to my getting anything done on my home computer. That's life I guess, I could always lose the bookmark or unhook my modem. (ha)

There _is_ the makings of a serious discussion here. If personal time and attention is the new measure of value, then time online, no matter how swell the people you're sharing it with, is obviously subtracted from time spent with your family and local community. One has to maintain a balance, and not an even one. The proper balance is tilted towards the real world around you.

Now hand me that blue clicky thing!
