For what it's worth, my kids have been watching a video lately, a Disney release called "Fun and Fancy Free (?)" which features Jiminy Cricket and has a sort of "how made" documentary attached which shows Ukelele Ike and talks about him some. I think they taped it off the air but it could be from the library.
