Wasn't sure what procedure you had kat but I'm glad you are recovering. I got a sacroiliac sprain at the florida folk festival and could barely walk. Very painful. three visits to the chiropracter fixed me up. I was so grateful. No advice for you but you don't want to get RSD though. I have several clients with RSD and it is not fun.
