The Klan was all over the US during the '20s, including Montana, Idaho, Indiana, and Michigan. There were also some spinoff groups that were even worse.

The Klan still exists. For some reason I can't fathom there are people who must, absolutely MUST, feel superior in some way: by race, by religion, by knowledge, by political party, by something.
