Sometimes I worry 'bout mah main man, Parkey Rucker, down there in Maryville, Tenn... Yeah, even though he gets 'long fine wid white folks out on the road, ahhh, like he being married to Rhonda, a white woman an' livin' in eastern Tennesse worries me more than a little...

White folks in central and esatern Tenessee ain't all that enlightened... I know, I've been there an' 'round them... It wouldn't take much to whip them into a lynchin' mentality... That's what worries me 'bout lot o' places Iz either known 'er hung out...

Man, if I'd have a dollar fir every time Iz heard some redneck say nigger then I'd be one rich man... An' I ain't talkin' 'bout some 30 years ago but like in the last couple 'o days... Man, I hates that but most o' the time it ain't in no situation where I have 'nuff control to takwe the person aside an' say, "Hey, when you talk like that, not only do you offend me but you offend yerself, gol dangit"...

But there have been occasions where I did exactly that...

Yeah, I hate to say it but there are a bunch of white folk in America that all together ain't worth nuthin'... No, make that less than nuthin'....

Yeah, oaky, there's some bad black folk, too...

Don't want Hubby comin' in callin' nme no racist 'cause what I mighta said about a bunch of redneck white folk.
