The advice was not shoved anywhere, and was there to be taken OR NOT. When asked about it I replied as best I could in that moment, suggesting people find it for themselves instead of putting in a long paste of the verses and the relevant commentary.

I don't give a rat's ass what you think about it. You are not my mother and you have shown your inability to be objective about my posts many, many times.   If you choose to feel threatened when I tell you that I don't appreciate your bullshit aimed my way, that's on YOU. That's YOUR lack of respect. I didn't assume anything about whether people had or didn't have a Bible or did or didn't want to follow it-- YOU inserted that assumption and then went after me as though it were mine-- it's YOUR intolerance screaming out here, dear, NOT MINE.
