The older printer's rollers are pretty fried from running card stock, photo paper, and labels through it. I still use it for heavy paper or color printing, and I have to hand-feed the pages. I save the new really FAST one for B/W regular-weight printing.

my newest printer came with a notice of SPECIAL PAPER that you
run thru the machine to remove the gunk accumulated on the
rollers from various print paper.. Ha ha aaagh - gasp - gag!
