Yep that main Front page piccy needs compressing and reducing

Current Download times (approx):-

2min 44secs @ 56k
1min 12secs @ 128k
24secs @ 380k
13secs @ 720k

with a reduced picture size and some compression the picture will appear the same on screen and would download at less than 20secs even on a 56k modem.
