Oops... my bad... but... does ad revenue make you a taxable corporation in the States? Many "charitable" tax exempt entities exist here in Canada but still generate revenue through advertising in their publications. I used to buy ad space in the "The Shamrock Leaf", the newsletter of the Irish Canadian Cultural Association of New Brunswick and they didn't pay any taxes on my dime.
