I feel sorry for them that they didn't regard it as sexual
As Bill Clinton might have said, "It all depends on what your definition of 'sexual' is.."
mass nudity is such a turnoff
It all depends on what your definition of 'turnoff' is.
We've gone to nude resorts and beaches with some regularity for 20 years now. I'm not gonna try to tell anyone my eyes don't pick out the more comely looking "lasses"; if my wife noticed that they didn't, she would probably get worried and consider rushing me to (the) hospital. But I think only the odd guy, who is starved for what I'm definitely not starved for, finds himself tripping over his own tongue (or bumping into doors with anything else before he can reach the handle). So much of the appeal is simply that I can't imagine a more relaxed way to spend a warm day.
I've learned to be comfortable with the fact that nudity can have everything to do with sex, or nothing to do with sex. For myself, I think that posing in on one of Tunick's picures would be a "hoot", with little or no sexual aspect.
