Surprising as it may seem, there are people who pay to lie under glass tables and watch while someone (a prostitute usually) sits on top and defecates. Sick, imo and in need of treatment of some kind.

That this fellow was doing this, in a public "loo" is scary for women, no matter whether he "saw" anything or not. It could have escalated with several kinds of actions from him. Thankfully it did not and he was caught. Letting him go on $250 is a joke. I hope when he goes to court, it is treated more seriously and recognised for the sexual predator/violation it is.
