A suggestion that may work with the people who were causing trouble, if someone were to get photographs of them they may be able to work out that those photographs could then be handed to the Police and decide to bugger off and annoy someone else. I did this at Cleckheaton once with someone who looked to be casing the tents looking for something to pinch. When I took his photograph he asked why I had done so and I indicated that if anything went missing the photographs would be given to the Police as a starter, he dissappeared VERY quickly after that ........ can't think why!
