In six days I worked 72 hours. 3x 12hr day shifts from 0645 to 1900 hrs and 3x 12hr nights 1845 to 0700 hrs You find yourself sitting on the edge of the bed with one sock on and one in your hand, not knowing wether to get dressed and go to work, or take the other sock off and go to bed. After 36 years of shiftwork all those symptoms you mentioned are present, but why should I get up at 1030 am ????
