It's the flashing lights of the clocks on electronic devices that get me..... beeps I can live with, flashing lights, not so good.
You know the ones.. on the video or stereo... the power goes out, the clock stops. When the power comes back you need to reset the clock to stop the flashing.... but you can't find the remote... or the instructions and the damn thing won't stop flashing at you............
Our upstairs video (don't ask) has been flashing at me for months now, since a power outage in February. There's a piece of paper hanging out of the tape slot to cover it, but I know it's there...... lurking.... waiting to throw the paper out at odd times of the night...........
