Al Qaeda groups have already claimed responsibility - not that there'd be much doubt.

They will punish everyone who supports western governments. They will continue to try to drive the wedge between Islam and non-Islam cultures. Their opinions are NOT hidden.

They will not seek to kill everyone - just everyone who needs killing.
