If I understand you correctly, you did not mean that you put a particular thread number in the Search and Knowledge box. I've tried that and it doesn't work {or at least didn't work for me that time}.

When you refer to those threads by their number and not their name {as in your post in this thead on 25 Jul 05 - 02:10 PM }, how do people access them?
