Thread Name: Chord Req: Toot Toot Tootsie (from Al Jolson)
Subject: RE: Chord Req: Toot Toot Tootsie (Please dont ignore)
A lot of folks who hang around here play this music, Bill--and, generally, if know them, I post the chords, because they are a bit harder to figure out than most folksong chords--

Here are the ones that I use for the chorus(except I do it in Bb)--no one has done the verse since Al Jolson ;-) Play two downstrokes per chord when there are two chords in a measure, and one per chord when there are four--oh, and my chords will work better than the ones at the link above, though the G9 augmented is a nice touch, if you feel inclined to stick one in for the second count of G7--if you don't know how to play C# diminished, use A7--

Toot,Toot,Tootsie,Goodbye!
