Well said, freda. Biological life is quite a trip for the soul, requiring adhering to some pretty confining roles. It can be fun, but not nearly as much fun as being in the astral, I suspect, depending on one's state of mind at the time...

Hey, Amos, I remember being a woman in one life. No problem, I assure you. I died young in that one, though, so I didn't really have much chance to explore the role in its full depth that time. Didn't marry or have children or that sort of thing.

Most of the other circumstances I recall (a few) involved male lives.
