Hey hey. Had the delightful experience of meeting the beautiful Emma B and spouse, the mighty scot John 'Giok' and would have loved to have spent so very much more time with but have been so very busy ........... adult workshops were last weekend and were intense. the childrens thing is next week and am not running it myself but will come in to show them some traditional dancing etc. Cumbrian slate is beautiful and some newfound friends organised a home session last night. So much music, so much art, so much of everything. Today it's raining but it is english rain - cold, fresh, and really quite beautiful. There is a music bus that goes around the place with a whole heap of instruments on it and some musicians who just set up and anyone can join in. They are focussed on children, teenagers, and adults. What a great idea. Now its home again in a week. Missing home and loving it here - ahh isn't that the way it goes?
