Ya ever want the best all-time barbeque ribs, I'm gonna let you in on the secret. Sauerkraut.

Bile the ribs. Cool the ribs. Marinate them in sauerkraut for a minimum six to eight hours. Use the BBQ sauce you like and put the ribs on a grill/barbeque, etc. (Cook 'em.) Eat 'em. They're good. Really good.
