He lives nearby in Leisure World, a retirement village. Honestly he doesn't look a day over 60. English is not his strength but I have friends who can translate.
The police referred me to the MVA medical advisory board to report his driving behavior. Should one take Bhudda's license away? For that matter I suppose he could be sued for the thousands of dollars of damage to 2 cars.
