In a confectionery book I have it says to use two forks to dip /coat things in chocolate. Put the fruit piece - one a t a time on one fork, dip it in the melted chocolate, then carefully transfer it to the other fork to move it over and dip on another side.

gargoyle, I could not imagine in my wildest dreams (nightmares?) that you would recommend eating parafin wax so I didn't even have to be told that that posting was not genuine.
