Actually there are buildings big enough to have their own weather, complete with rain, inside them. The one that comes to mind is the huge assembly building at Cape Kennedy.

And of course someone could be live, presenting a lecture or a dance performance. I think "in concert" is not the basic thought, modified by "live", but rather the other way around.
