The only one I know of is the Bucks County Folk Music Shop outside of Doylestown, PA, which is not in the Princeton Area, but probably not more than an hour and a half from you.

There's also a guy named Paul Unkert, who has a shop in Toms River. I don't know his phone number. And I'm not sure if he's still in business.
