I could not have said it better myself Shanghaiceltic mate. Several years ago I had the honour of working with representatives of middle east countries; on a Canadian driven initiative to improve International SAR (search and rescue) programs. One of the most gratifying moments was watching two Israeli and Egyptian military officers discussing how they could conduct joint Air Sea Rescue training missions on a cross border basis. Several months prior to this they were probably trying to kill each other.
