The current edition consists of two papers: Bruckner's Symphonies and Sonata Deformation Theory, and Anonymous I and Prologus in tonarium: Changing Interpretations of Music Theory in Eleventh-Century Germany.
Note that this is a journal devoted to Musicology, notEthnomusicology (though that discipline is not excluded); and the fact that it has "in Ireland" in its name doesn't mean that it is in any way devoted to the study of Irish music of any kind. I really don't see why anybody would have a problem with it if it were.
My problem with it is that it requires unnecessary registration, and that the process doesn't work properly. They need to peer-review their website scripting to the same standard as their papers.
